Crews come to Lima for weeks at a time and end up scattered across four motels. Take a whole house instead — everybody under one roof, off-street parking for the trucks, laundry on site, and one invoice instead of a stack of receipts.

Fire, flood, rebuild

If your house is being rebuilt and the adjuster is paying for housing, a furnished house beats an extended-stay room for the same money. We'll invoice the carrier directly and provide whatever documentation they need.

Straight answers

Before you ask.

Minimum stay? There isn't one. Eleven nights, nineteen nights, whatever the job runs.
What's the rate? One monthly number with utilities and Wi-Fi in it. Call and we'll tell you — it depends on the house and the length.
Deposit? Yes, and it comes back if the house comes back the way you got it.
How long can I stay? Up to 45 nights straight through. Past that we just need a conversation and a plan — it's not a no.

Pets? Ask. Depends on the house and the animal.
Can my agency pay directly? Yes. We invoice agencies and insurance carriers.
Splitting with a coworker? Fine, and it's cheaper for both of you.
Something breaks? One phone number and we own property services. It gets fixed, usually same day.
