Every other place in town has a rule that doesn't fit your job. Thirty night minimum when the turnaround runs eleven. Check-out at 11am when your shift ends at 7. A portal, a call center, and nobody who can actually decide anything.

On a long stay, get it cleaned top to bottom partway through. Come home from a shift to a house that's already done.

Book a clean before checkout and you're not scrubbing anything on your last night. Costs less than losing the deposit.
