Lima Stay Co grew out of a simple problem: people kept coming to Lima for work — thirteen-week hospital contracts, refinery turnarounds, insurance rebuilds — and their only option was a highway hotel. We started buying and restoring solid older homes and furnishing them the way we'd want a place to be if we were the ones living out of a suitcase.

Today we manage three houses across Lima. Each one is fully furnished and stocked: real beds, a real kitchen, laundry, Wi-Fi, parking, and a yard. We handle the keys, the questions, and the maintenance ourselves, so when something needs attention you're talking to the owner, not a call center.

Because we also run WeHaul Moving & Relocation and WeClean Cleaning Services, the moving and cleaning side is handled in-house. That's how we keep turnovers fast, homes inspection-clean, and move-in days painless for guests and employers alike.
